Third Party Products Liability Cases:

If a Worker is injured by a machine, tool or other object being used, the Injured Worker may be have rights against others, for example the manufacturer or designer of the item that was involved in the injury.

Civil Cases against others that have caused or contributed to the injury:

If a worker is injured because of the actions of someone other than their employer, they may have the right to sue that other person or company as well. For example, if the Injured Worker is driving for his or her employer, and is involved in a traffic accident, the injured worker may have the right to sue the driver and owner of the other vehicle.

Failure to comply with this level may result in the patient having the right to sue the Medical Provider for Malpractice.

Social Security:
