COVID-19 NOTE FOR ENGLISH

To assist both our clients and the community during these new and difficult times when everyone is attempting to adjust to the social and economic difficulties relating to the State of Emergency relating to the Coronavirus our office will be accepting limited communications by email.

TERMS OF USE: The use of  email is valid only during the state ordered period of emergency or until we, at our own discretion, indicate otherwise. While we will be doing our best to respond to your communications, we are attempting to proceed in accordance with safe procedures, and we  have reduced staff. as a result of both safe procedures and the virus itself. ANY arbitrary deadlines set forth in any communication are in violation of our terms of use policy, and are rejected in advance.

                The physical office is closed to the public and we are not seeing any clients at the office. We are working on the following solutions for you:

1.       Email.

2.       Improved Voice Mail

3.       Improved Telephone Communications.

4.       Ability to sign documents on line or by Email

5.       Video Chat.

NOTE REGARDING COURT APPEARANCES:

                We expect all court appearances to be either continued or taken off calendar or that your appearance will not be necessary because we will be appearing by Court Call. Please call or email us 48 hours prior to your court appearance and we will attempt to return your communication with court status.

                NOTE REGARDING MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS:

1.       Treating Doctors Appointments: Please contact your treating doctors prior to the appointments to find out if they are seeing patents and if they can make Tele Medicine available to you. If you have any high risk factors, such as your age, diabetes, hypertension, pulmonary-repertory or compromised immune system, please contact the doctor to determine if you should physically attend. It is recommended you also contact your personal physician for their recommendation as well.

2.        AME and PQME appointments: We do not know the status of these. Some doctors are proceeding, some are canceling. Some are going to try Tele Medicine, but this may not be an approved method of examination. Please immediately contact the doctor’s office to find out if the doctor will proceed and  if your appointment is to be canceled or re-scheduled. Please also ask the doctor if they want to do Tele Medicine. Then contact our office  to determine if the exam is to go forward. If you have any high risk factors, such as your age, diabetes, hypertension, pulmonary-repertory or compromised immune system, please contact the doctor to determine if you should physically attend. It is recommended you also contact your personal physician for their recommendation as well.

NOTE: STAY AT HOME IF YOU ARE HAVING ANY SYMPTOMS RELATING TO THE CORONAVIRUS OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO ANYONE WITH IT AT TIME OF EXPOSURE. CHECK THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE AND OTHER RELIABLE SOURCES FOR SYMPTOMS.

Con el fin de ayudar a nuestros clientes y a la comunidad durante estos nuevos tiempos difíciles en el que estamos tratando de adaptarnos a las dificultades sociales y económicas relacionadas con el Estado de Emergencia a causa del Coronavirus,  nuestro bufete aceptará comunicación limitada  por email.

TÉRMINOS DE USO: EL uso de email es válido sólo durante el periodo de emergencia ordenado por el estado o hasta que nosotros, a nuestra discreción, indiquemos lo contrario. Si bien haremos todo lo posible para responder a sus mensajes, estamos tratando de respetar las normas de seguridad, con  personal  reducido como consecuencia de las normas de seguridad y del virus mismo. AVISO A NUESTROS CLIENTES: EN CASO DE EMERGENCIA LLAME AL 911

El espacio físico de nuestra oficina está cerrado al público y no veremos a ningún cliente en la oficina. Estamos trabajando en las siguientes soluciones:

AVISO RELACIONADO CON LAS COMPARENCIAS EN LA CORTE:

Creemos que todas las comparecencias en la corte se continuarán o se quitarán del calendario o que su comparecencia no será necesaria ya que nosotros compareceremos mediante el sistema de Court Call. Por favor llámenos o envíenos un email 48 horas antes de su comparecencia e intentaremos informarle cual es la situación con respecto a su cita.

AVISO RELACIONADO CON LAS CITAS MEDICAS:

1.       Citas con los Médicos Tratantes: Por favor comuníquese con su medico tratante antes de sus citas para asegurarse de que esté viendo pacientes y averiguar si pueden atenderlo mediante el sistema de Tele Medicina. Si usted es un paciente de alto riesgo, ya sea por su edad, diabetes, alta presión, problemas pulmonares/respiratorios o un sistema inmunológico comprometido, por favor comuníquese con su doctor para averiguar si tiene que presentarse en persona. También le aconsejamos que le pida una recomendación a su médico particular.

2.       Citas con Doctores Neutrales (AME) o Doctores Calificados del Panel del Estado (PQME): No sabemos que está pasando con estas citas. Algunos doctores están llevando a cabo los exámenes, algunos los están cancelando. Algunos están tratando de llevarlos a cabo mediante el sistema de Tele Medicina, pero quizás éste no sea un método de examinación aprobado. Por favor comuníquese inmediatamente con la oficina del doctor para averiguar si la cita tomará lugar o si se cancelará o reprogramará.  Por favor pregúntele al doctor si puede utilizar el método de Tele Medicina.  Luego llame a nuestro bufete para determinar si el examen se llevará a cabo. Si tiene algún factor de alto riesgo, tal como su edad, diabetes, alta presión, problemas pulmonares/respiratorios o un sistema inmunológico comprometido, por favor por favor comuníquese con su doctor para averiguar si tiene que presentarse en persona. También le aconsejamos que le pida una recomendación a su médico particular.
